My name is Sarah I have had many dogs of my own to look after, including my current companion Archie (pictured left). Attempting to juggle a busy lifestyle with work and ensure Archie was looked after became increasingly difficult. Over the past few years Eileen McNally of Doggie Heaven has tended to Archie, taking him out for walks and catering for boarding when I was away, providing a priceless service.

In the Spring of 2015 Elieen informed me that she was looking for someone to take over the running of Doggie Heaven. It did not take long to realise that I could continue her services for the local area, I took the decision to leave my place of work and start Happy Hound in the summer of 2015.

I completely understand that having a job and owning a dog is hard work and requires organisation. I'm sure you'll agree however, that most importantly, it requires care and affection. A dog really is one of the family and deserves to be treated as such.
